Care Assistant for a gentleman P/T@ £12.21/hr in Fairfield - PTE - Stockton-on-Tees - TS19

We are looking for a friendly, adaptable Personal Assistant to support a gentleman living in Fairfield. This role focuses on promoting independence and providing day-to-day support within the home and the community.
 
 Responsibilities include:
 • Supporting daily living and promoting independence
 • Assisting with general household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and laundry
 • Helping with meal preparation and mealtime support
 • Providing medication reminders and collecting prescriptions
 • Encouraging and assisting with accessing community activities
 
 Ideal candidate:
 • Friendly, flexible, and able to use their own initiative
 • Person-centred, with sensitivity to the client's preferences
 • Reliable and supportive in promoting independence
 • A driver would be an advantage but not essential

Suggested hours Monday 0900 - 1200, Wednesday 0900 - 1200 & Friday 0900 - 1200  but employer is open to discussion and adjustment.
