Provide high level of administration to ensure personal assistance to ensure smooth and efficient running for the employee.
This role requires excellent organisation skills and professionalism, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organise appointments, reminders, and daily activities.
• Travel Arrangements: Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation when needed.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage virtual meetings and calls.
• Research Assistance: Conduct basic online research and provide summaries to support decision-making.
• General Admin Tasks: Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Maintain accurate electronic filing.
Take minutes and follow up on action plans.
Assist with basic HR and finance administration, time sheets, invoices, expenses etc.

• Well-organised and proactive
• Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools
• Friendly communicator with a positive, adaptable attitude
• Handle confidential information with discretion at all times.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
