50yo para lady EQUESTRIAN assist 13hrs wk plus upto 26hrs in WF3 £40 day - WAKEFIELD - WF3

Active mature lady looking for physically and mentally fit person to join me and my lovely horse in all aspects of horse care, stable duties, ground exercise, outings, shopping mainly horsey. Maybe some riding depending on applicant. I do ride and will need assistance hoisting training will be given. I did compete and hope to again which is why I need someone to help motivation

I have a quirky memory which needs support as well as being a ft wheelie this includes medicine reminders and noting, temperature observation, fatigue levels mental and physical as this impacts greatly on my safety! and other personal care(occasional) being able to manage any health issues and supporting me when I'm struggling, time on own will be probable due to  care needs 

I'd like you to be fun, energetic and encouraging, open minded when it comes to horse stuff we are glass half full and one way doesn't fit all. Life is not a book and certainly does not have a script! Ability with horses paramount for safety reasons. 

I'm between Leeds and Wakefield so some help with transport maybe available!

There is another PA and carer to liaise with.

Training will be given on hoisting and routine.
Generous holiday allowance, sick pay and maternity, nest pension if wanted plus employer contributions. Flexibility on days and times. Plenty of free training through CIL IE first aid, moving and handling, how to be a good pat1 other PA and carer

£125 over 3 days 13hrs a week minimum, upto 26hrs wk Leeds Adult Social Care pay scale £8.95hr regular and  £11.25hr enhanced  3 month trial.
