Job Purpose
Helping a lady to remain independent through breakfast and evening calls. Helping with personal care, assisting with medication, and ensuring fluids and food available

Location: NR20, Foulsham

Details: I am looking for a Personal Assistant who is non-judgmental, compassionate and who has experience of personal care and handling medication.

Main Duties:

Ensuring Medication is taken.
Helping to dress and undress me.
Checking for Pressure Sores, and applying red areas with cream.
Assisting me with washing myself, including showering myself.
Ensuring fluids are available.
Checking commode and empty if necessary.
Helping to empty my washing machine, and putting it on and off the washing line.
Help with general tidying around the house.

These duties may vary from day to day.

Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

Summary Terms and Conditions

The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour
Hours and Days of Work: 14 hours per week, 7.30am to 8.30am Mondays to Sundays, 5pm to 6pm Mondays to Sundays. (This will be a job share due to employment law regulations).
The annual holiday entitlement for this position, will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
Successful candidate will not be able to start work, till an enhanced DBS check has been done.
