TEMPORARY Carer/PA wanted for 1 month for 7 year girl - BS16/Fishponds - immediate start - BRISTOL - BS16

We are looking for a suitable person to look after our daughter Cali 3 times a week after school (3.30-6pm) and for some hours over the weekend - 12 hours a week in total.

We need somebody from 21st June until 16th July. 

The job will involve some personal care, a little bit of lifting, some domestic tasks and some specific skills like tube feeding and suction. Full training will be given. Quite a bit of the job is simply being a companion for our daughter and entering into her world and learning to have fun with her. 

Our daughter is a happy child with a lot of personality and a good sense of humour. She was born with a serious chromosome condition which has left her developmentally delayed and with a number of medical conditions. She cannot walk or talk and is completely tube fed.

Experience is helpful but not essential, we're keen to find somebody that fits with Cali. We've trained quite a few people with the medical side over the year so don't be put off if you've not worked with a medically complex child before.

Referees will be required and a recent DBS if you have one.
