LOOKING FOR PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS TO JOIN MY TEAM 24HR - SHIFTS AVAILABLE in BS11
I am an independent, fun, friendly, active and driven young Lady with cerebral palsy.
As a Personal Carer, you will be working just with me, 1 on 1. I am an independently minded wheelchair user and I require physical help with tasks.

To apply for this role you must be or have:
• A full UK driving licence- must be able to drive a vehicle with a manual gearbox.
• A NON-SMOKER due to my asthma
• Full of energy and motivation
• Able to use your own initiative
• Have excellent time keeping and organisational skills
• Be reliable, patient and trustworthy
• Be able to help with sickness and holiday cover INCLUDING WEEKENDS
• Honesty and a good sense of humour are essential!
Tasks Include:
• Transport and trips outside of the house, driving a medium wheelchair accessible vehicle
• Day to day personal care – (assisting me with hoisting, washing, dressing, female hygiene, toileting, support with eating and drinking)
• Upkeep of the house - cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing etc
• Sleep in shifts- Night time support occasionally if needed
The available shifts are as follows Monday dayshift starting at 9:30 am finishing at 6:30 pm
Tuesday 24 hour shift, starting at 9:30 am finishing Wednesday morning At 9:30 am
Wednesday 24 hour shift, starting at 9:30 am finishing Thursday morning 9:30 am
• Saturday daytime shift - start at 10am and finishes at 6.30pm
• Can be flexible on days
• Paid Breaks are included
• Full training will be provided
Salary:
• £10.50 hourly rate between 8am - 11pm
• £90 sleep in rate between the hours of 11pm-8am.

• Role is part of Nest pension scheme (Can opt out)
• Holidays of 4-5weeks per annum dependent on shifts worked)
