Job Reference (1ae466b1)
About me
I am a fun loving, friendly 21-year-old who enjoys getting out and about and engaging in activities, as well as hanging out with friends and chilling at home. I have complex cerebral palsy and I am non-verbal, but I don’t let that stop me living my life to the full.
I have just come to the end of a 3-year independent living course at National Star College and moved into a new home with my good friend Ian in August. It is exciting as we have a brand-new, fully adapted bungalow. I have my own ways of communicating and an ‘eye gaze’ communication aid, which I use to speak. I am working on using head switches to drive my power chair. There is lots to learn about me but don’t worry you will get some great training!
