Pay Rate: to £10 per hour.

Hours of Work: Weekends - 11.00am to 4.00pm

I am a sociable, disabled female in my early 30s with cerebral palsy related mobility limitations.

I am looking for an enthusiastic and positive female Personal Care Assistant to support me.

Duties

In the role, you will assist me with personal care and health therapy needs (training provided) and support me in other activities that I participate in.
E.g. swimming, adapted cycling/gym, involvement in charitable groups, and going to the cinema and theatre (when COVID related restrictions permit).

You should:

Be able to support all my personal care and health therapy needs.
Be willing to plan and organise, with good communication skills
Be proactive and patient in your approach
Be physically active, a swimmer/cyclist
Be familiar with basic IT
Be comfortable driving a wheelchair adapted vehicle; hold a clean driving license
Be able to cook and willing to undertake normal household tasks.
