I am looking for a PA who is active and able to support my 14 year old son. The PA I am looking for will need to be willing to try new activities and have an open mind. Praise and encouragement as well as a calming reassuring tone works best with my son.

PERSONAL CARE:
o Make sure he has clean clothes on

o Make sure he has brushed his teeth thoroughly

o Make sure he has dressed immaculately

o Make sure his shoes are polished and neat

o Make sure he washes his hands after using the toilet.

GENERAL:

o Take him to the club and accompany him.

o Make sure he has clean clothes.

o Encourage him to talk in a soft voice and provide calming reassurance if/when needed.

o Watch him closely so that he doesn’t hurt anyone.

o Make sure to keep him under control to prevent him from getting agitated.

o Provide praise and encouragement.

I will need someone to come in in the Monday-Thursday in the mornings while me and my husband are at work.
