We are looking for a personal carer to work with in a rewarding role with a young woman who has complex needs and lives at home with her family. The young lady needing help has a rare condition with three types of diagnosis. We will provide full training to the person who is appointed.

We already have a strong team of personal care assistants in place and the successful applicant will join this team, getting to know this young lady and her family well in the process.

The applying care assistant should be self-motivated and well-organised. We would prefer if you have previous experience in care / support, and that you are a strong team player. We are ideally wanting someone who has a positive outlook and is willing to learn and develop.

The hours can be discussed and worked around with the team in place. This young lady requires 24/7 care so as long as there is always someone to be with her.
