Offering support to allow elderly gentleman to remain in his home and provide respite for family.

I am an independent minded 94 year old man from a travelling background, who would like a friendly personal assistant to keep me company and encourage me to maintain my personal hygiene (Showering). There may be some light domestic tasks, including encouraging me to eat regularly. I have an agency to assist with my morning routine, as well as lots of family support, so the hours worked can be flexible to suit needs.

· The rate of pay for this position is £9.37 per hour
· You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
· Hours and times of work: 24 hours per week on flexible basis, afternoons up to teatime (agency cover in mornings)
The post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
