Personal Assistant x 2 to support male teenager with autism Leeds 7 - Hours 8 per week - LEEDS - LS7

I am looking for a PA to support my 13 year old son with Autism 2:1 support. My son requires constant supervision and the PA's would spend these hours caring for him either in the home or taking him out into the community. These sessions will primarily take place on weekends and during the school holidays. 
Duties - ensuring our child is safe, assist with personal care, involve him in creative activities at home and access leisure and social activities in the community. Reduce anxiety with regular intensive interaction and encourage communication through PECS. Willing to travel with the family if the need arises. 
Essential - working with children, experience of working with children with Autism and learning disabilities,
Training in Autism awareness, PECS and intensive interaction.  An eye for detail and ability to read emotions/body language. Ability to work within the structure of my sons day.  Willingness to attend additional training if required (this is online at present). Desirable - willingness to use own car with clean driving license. Supervision - the PA will report to me directly, activities and schedules to be arranged in advance.  A DBS will be completed prior to starting this role you will be entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday per annum.
