Tom attends Dream and Day care. 9-5 & 9.30-4.30 Mon & Weds, with some mutual flexibility, we have another PA who works Thurs/Fri
 He is non verbal but communicates through signs and gestures. He requires support with personal care, encouraging independence and socialising, preparing  simple meals, keeping his  room clean etc.He enjoys swimming, golf driving range, adapted cycling, cinema, baking, watching the aeroplane’s and visiting cafes,  but mostly his iPad and eating! Tom is funny, he enjoys banter and interaction. We are looking for a personal assistant who is prepared to have a laugh and who will be a friend rather than mothering him, that’s  my job😊
