Personal Assistant to support a young man with Downs Syndrome LS10 4 HOURS pw £9.43 ph - LEEDS - LS10

We are looking for a candidate to support a young man in the community usually to take him out on a Sunday evening for a meal and a drink but also on other days.  He enjoys the theatre and attending the cinema.
Regarding supervision you will be responsible to the parent of the young man. 
The job is to interact with him in various social settings and source information in order to offer new opportunities which he may find of interest.  
Confidentiality is important and you must have compassion for this young man and treat him with respect and in turn you will be treated with respect. 
You will be offered training online and will be paid additionally for this.    You will be entitled to 5.6 weeks annual leave pro-rata 
A DBS will be completed prior to the role being taken
