Required for 16yr old boy with ADHD, Hydrocephalus, ABI and Dyspraxia in Keynsham, BS31, to access the community and offer respite for family.

Up to 5hrs per week, pay rate £8.91 per hour.

PA will be lone working and providing companionship to access the community and encouragement to engage in social activities, likes to go to Costa coffee, Cinema and Bowling.

Car owner preferred but not essential, PA must however have a full, clean UK driving licence. Promoting safety in the community and danger awareness is important.

Role subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
