Mum has severe Alzheimer's and has suffered significant deterioration during the last year. She lives in a care home she is non-verbal and now has reduced mobility.
As a family we are looking for someone to support mum through providing regular visits. The visits may include
in-home activities (e.g. encouraging mum to look through magazines and photos), short walks from the door or wheelchair assisted local outings.
