To assist me to manage my medication and health appointments and to access the community.

Details
I am a lady who has MS and I am looking for a PA to help me manage my medication and all aspects of my health including making and attending health appointments and advocating for me when my memory fails me.
I like to access the community so will need my PA to have a full, clean UK driving licence and to be able to drive my automatic motability car.
The position is for 18 hours a week and I can be flexible with days/times within reason and with enough notice to also fit in with my other PA.
I am a happy, chatty and friendly person with a good sense of humour. I enjoy going out in the community especially to garden centres, shopping and to cafes. I love to be in my garden and it is important that my PA can help me to manage my pots and tubs and be able to do light gardening with me.

Person Specification
I am looking for a person who is chatty, happy and has good organisational skills. Experience of managing medication, filling dosset boxes and ordering medication in a timely manner is essential. Please be aware that this is a self employed position.
