PA Needed to support a fun loving, active 9-year-old boy in LS10 - Leeds - LS10

GREAT FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT/EXPERIENCE 
 
 You will need to be physically fit and energetic as my son is full of energy and always on the go, he runs very fast, climbs heights and very active.  He needs close supervision at all times as he has no awareness of any danger around himself.  You will need to be prepared to support him with him with intimate care as he wears nappies.  You will need a good understanding of appropriate interventions and support techniques to be able to deal with his challenging and aggressive behaviour. 
 
★★★HOURS★★★ Weekends & Weekdays 
 
 *He needs 2:1, the hours worked each week for 1 PA is 4  hours & 15 minutes per week, so 2 PA's will be working along each side to provide support.

 -Safe Guarding Adults/Children 
 -Moving and handling 
 -First Aid 
 -Epilepsy Awareness

★Holiday Entitlement: You will be entitled to 5.6 weeks paid holiday each year (pro rata)★
