To provide flexible support for an active boy with complex learning difficulties

Details
My son is an active 11 year old who is very knowledgeable about football, enjoying going to matches and having a kick-about. He also likes computer games (FIFA, Fortnight) Swimming, Cinema and walking into the city to pick up a take-away. Because of a medical reflux condition he can be sensitive to smells and foods so occasionally can be sick. He has communication issues and can become frustrated with aggressive outbursts, particularly towards his siblings, so we would like someone patient and caring who will support him and help to manage his feelings whilst enjoying activities with him.

Summary terms and conditions
· The rate of pay for this position is £10.00 per hr
· Hours and times of work: Flexible, but usually after school on Wednesdays and Fridays, and 9.30 to 1.30 every other Saturday. Additional hours/times in school holidays. Up to 156 hours per year in total.
· You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
· Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff
The post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
