Thomas is a fifteen year old boy who has been diagnosed with autism since the age of six and has learning difficulties. We require a PA to support Thomas in the Community to develop his self confidence, independence and life skills.  The PA will be required to assist Thomas with toileting and personal care and support him to develop his verbal and non verbal communication skills.
Thomas is a very enthusiastic and energetic boy and has to be looked after in the wider community.
If expenses are incurred during a trip with Thomas, they will be reimbursed upon provision of receipts.
