Female Support Worker needed to support a 12 year old girl with complex needs, who uses a wheelchair, in the Framwellgate Moor area of Durham.

Hours/Wage - £9 25hr

9hrs week school term time to include 4 hrs Thursday evening 4 pm till 8pm, remaining hours to be discussed at interview

15hrs week school holidays – hours in school holidays flexible will be discussed at interview

Duties

Transfers to and from wheelchair, assisting with toileting, showering and personal care; preparing snacks and food, assisting with feeding, medication, accompanying client to social activities and assisting and engaging in hobbies.

Additional Qualities/Information

Experience in caring and car driver owner essential.
