Female Carer required - Leeds - LS8

I am a male wheelchair bound 39 year old require a carer for personal needs. I have SMA and have very reduced mobility, I require assistants in everyday life from personal hygiene (taking me to the bathroom, shower, changing clothes etc) to daily life living.

I use a hoist to be transferred. I also have a wheelchair accessible vehicle which i need so you must be able to drive too. Taking me to appointments, shopping, etc.

Also some night care might be required,
