An exciting opportunity for a weekly (6 hours) Community based support role for a gentleman who lives in Sacriston, Durham.

£10.50 per hour
6 hours per week which can be used flexibly . 

We are looking for someone who is confident, flexible and active to provide support/companionship to a gentleman in his 40’s who has ADHD and Autism. He is quite independent and drives but needs a bit of support with shopping, GP visits, communication and understanding correspondence. Also the fun bit is support to pursue his interests in paddle boarding, climbing and walking with his dog. Quite a varied role but very rewarding and enjoyable.

Experience and/or understanding of autism is essential. 

Car driver preferred but not essential.
 

DBS required, to be paid for by employer.
