Carer , Personal assistant - Leeds - LS18

To support our son has global delay in development - Autism, & to access leisure facilities , trips to local parks or attending social clubs. Two Hours daily sessions , Two PAs accompany him for every session.



Main Duties



The personal assistant will be required to do the following tasks and may be asked to carry out other tasks of similar nature



Accompany our child to various activities to access leisure facilities such as bowling , swimming , Jumperena , etc



To support our son with therapeutic activities



To be mindful of our son's safety at all times



Any other request that I may reasonably make



Time For session



Weekdays 5 pm to 7 pm , It could be starting at 5 pm to 7 pm



Weekend 12 pm to 5 pm (flexible can be shifted one hour)



Description of Session



Every session , two PAs accompany my son to do different activities and have fun in local area .



We want someone to start working with my son 14 years old as PA evening time daily and weekend



Pay Rate



Pay rate £8.01 per hour
