| JOB PURPOSE: | To provide support for an 11year old female child with Autism, Sensory Needs and Anxiety.

Main Duties
· Support is required to enable this child to access leisure activities within the local community and also on occasion at her home address.
· Support the child to attend medical appointments with her Mum, whenever possible, as she can suffer from anxiety and panic attacks when meeting new people.
Hours
5 hours per week with an additional 3 hours per week during all school holiday weeks.
Rates of pay
£10.82 per hour.
Holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata.
Out of pocket expenses to be paid by employer.
Person Specification
The successful applicant must:
· Have experience and a positive understanding about children who have disabilities
· Have a genuine interest in working with children with complex needs
· Have a high degree of initiative
· Be punctual and reliable as the child cannot be left unsupervised.
· Be flexible
· Have a happy, positive and caring nature
· Respect confidentiality
Car driver required and must be insured for business use.
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure (DBS), cost to be met by employer.
