Care Assistant required to support a lady who lives in Willington

Client is totally Blind and suffers from a functional neurological disorder (FND) in the form of nonepileptic seizures. She requires assistance to travel to and take part in exercise groups such as rowing on a Monday, cricket on a Sunday, and possibly to join and attend a gym as well as hospital appointments when required.  
 
Hours /Wage:
6 hours per week   £10.42 per hour
 
Monday 10.30am until 13.30, to take her to a rowing session, lunch then home. 
Sunday to take to and from cricket training or matches 1 – 2 hours mostly afternoons, some mornings for away matches.
Flexible day and time during week 1 – 2 hours for gym session, or appointment. 
 
Duties:
Guide safely a blind lady who uses a long cane or guide dog to access public places.
Drive, or travel with client to and from specified activities due to health issues stopping independent travel – travel expenses will be covered.
Help her socialise with friends and teammates.
 
Additional Requirements/Information:
 
No training or experience required just a friendly caring manner.
Driver with their own car preferred
No care in home required
 
An enhanced DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost
