• Support is required to enable this child to access social and leisure activities within the local community.  This child needs a high level of adult support and supervision to keep her safe, as she is unable to go out into the community without an adult to support her. As well as accessing activities, support is also required to help her to develop her independence skills so that can start to prepare for life as a young adult.  While communication skills are limited she can talk but has a limited vocabulary however she can also communicate using Makaton.
