· Personal care including pushing me in my wheelchair from my bed to the en suite bathroom, supporting me to transfer to the bath, assistance with bathing, and washing and blow-drying my hair. These tasks are not very physically strenuous and require the use of no specialist equipment. Due to my health conditions, I require all tasks to be completed very gently and with care.

· Domestic support including tidying away the items I use to clean my teeth each morning, emptying my commode, cleaning bathrooms, hoovering and hanging washing on airers.

· Making hot drinks and a simple lunch.

· Shopping locally.
